OuR Approach

Supported by Ben Legg, a serial entrepreneur who is a big believer in the Chief of Staff role, the Chief of Staff Collective (CoSC) was started because we saw a need for a free channel for Chiefs of Staff in entrepreneurial businesses to cooperate and network. Through our private Slack channel, our London meet-ups, CoS Chats (podcasts) and offline talks, members can ask for help, share knowledge and ideas, discuss challenges, explore best practices and collaborate together. Our discussion topics range from how to align separate departmental plans and develop a company wide strategic plan to hiring tactics and optimal use of software to support you in your role. The CoSC is managed by Emelie Metscher, a fractional Chief of Staff and startup advisor, and championed by Jonathan ‘JB’ Bullock, an operations adviser, investor and the former Chief of Staff of Google.
