OuR Approach

Founded by Ben Legg in 2020, a serial entrepreneur who is a big believer in the Chief of Staff role, the Chief of Staff Collective (CoSC) is a free community for Chiefs of Staff in entrepreneurial businesses. Through our private Slack channel, meet-ups, and offline talks, members can ask for help, share ideas, discuss challenges, explore best practices, and collaborate.

Whether you're aligning departmental plans, developing a strategic plan, hiring, or exploring software, the CoSC has you covered. We're led by Emelie Metscher, a founding member and fractional Chief of Staff, and championed by Jonathan ‘JB’ Bullock, an operations adviser, investor and the former Chief of Staff of Google.
