OuR Approach
Founded by Ben Legg in 2020, a serial entrepreneur who is a big believer in the Chief of Staff role, the Chief of Staff Collective (CoSC) is a free community for Chiefs of Staff in entrepreneurial businesses. Through our private Slack channel, meet-ups, and offline talks, members can ask for help, share ideas, discuss challenges, explore best practices, and collaborate.
Whether you're aligning departmental plans, developing a strategic plan, hiring, or exploring software, the CoSC has you covered. Co-founded by and led by Emelie Metscher, a seasoned fractional Chief of Staff and founder of Blaze, connecting scaleups and SMEs with experienced fractional leaders. CoSC is championed by Jonathan ‘JB’ Bullock, an operations adviser, investor and the former Chief of Staff of Google.
