Who we are

The Chief of Staff Collective ("CoSC", "we", "us") is a UK-based professional community for Chiefs of Staff, operators, and strategy leads in startups and scaleups worldwide.

What data we collect

When you join CoSC, you submit your name, email address and LinkedIn profile URL which includes job title, company, and location. 

How we use your data

We use your information to manage your membership, communicate with you about community news, events, and resources, and to improve the community over time. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Business transfers

In the event that CoSC or its assets are acquired by or merged with another organisation, your data may be transferred to the new operator as part of that transaction. Any successor organisation will be required to honour this Privacy Policy or notify you of material changes before applying different terms.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a professional membership community, and where required, your consent. You may withdraw consent and request removal at any time by emailing us.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as you remain a member. If you ask to be removed, we will action this within 30 days.

Your rights
